A Howard Beach driver last Saturday afternoon went from a busted car to just plain busted after a drug stash allegedly spilled from his auto following a multi-vehicle accident at 84th Street and 159th Avenue, according to police and eyewitnesses.
One of the three cars involved in the wreck flipped onto its side and a “Ziplock baggie” fell out, cops said. Although witnesses said they saw more than weed tumble from the auto, the driver of the vehicle, who police indicated was not intoxicated at the time of the accident, was arrested for criminal possession of marijuana.
