The Easter Bunny sparks smiles—while observing social-distancing guidelines.
Sunday was a unique Easter for myriad reasons. However, The Forum, Nick “the Balloonatic” Rotondo, and the Easter Bunny still sought to mark the Christian holy day by touring Howard Beach, delivering much-needed smiles on the doorsteps of its residences along the way—all while observing social-distancing guidelines, of course.

The Forum, the Bunny, and the Balloonatic combined to spread holiday cheer during an especially trying time for all.
“I want to be there for the neighborhood,” Rotondo told The Forum. “I love it. I feel amazing. I just try to inspire and have fun.”

The Forum chronicled the Bunny and the Balloonatic’s tour of Howard Beach on the back of two pick-up trucks.
But the Ballonatic yearns for the day when he can get back on the road and spread that positive outlook across the country.

Grateful residents showed their appreciation on Sunday.
“I can’t wait for this coronavirus to be over,” he added. “I can’t wait to be on stage and making people laugh.”
