The Forum recently stopped by Reach for the Stars in Howard Beach to celebrate with some special little friends as they completed the Little Dipper Program.
Congratulations to Adriana Reyes and Jonathan Hayes for their outstanding achievements, and to all of their classmates on arriving at their first educational milestone.
