State Senator Joe Addabbo (left) received an endorsement from the United Federation of Teachers (UFT) at a press conference outside of P.S 64 in Ozone Park on Monday as Addabbo seeks to get re-elected for the senate seat he currently holds. UFT President Michael Mulgrew (right) said that it is endorsing Addabbo because he has always advocated for students and the school’s needs in New York City. Addabbo is running for reelection in the 15th Senate District against his opponent Councilman Eric Ulrich.
