Sapienza held an official ribbon cutting ceremony to mark their return to Howard Beach on Friday afternoon. Councilman Eric Ulrich did the honors, officially kicking off the opening of one the neighborhoods favorite havens for pastrami and corned beef. After making the big snip, Ulrich lined up at the counter for an order to go. Sapienza is open seven days a week beginning at 5 am for full breakfast service.
