Police are searching for Eduardo Baltizar, 24, who allegedly punched his girlfriend in the eye and hit his baby in the forehead while he was in the car with the two of them, said Capt. Christopher Manson, commanding officer of the 104th Precinct.
The incident occurred on Seneca Avenue in Ridgewood around 9 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 7, according to the NYPD.
“He’s number one on our domestic violence wanted list,” Manson said.
Baltizar is a Hispanic male who is about 5-foot-5-inches and weighs approximately 150 pounds.
