Civic Celebrates Woodhaven Leaders

The Woodhaven Residents’ Block Association on Friday celebrated its 48th annual WRBA Dinner-Dance Fundraiser at Roma View Catering in Howard Beach.

This year’s honorees included: the commanding officer of the 102nd Precinct, Dep. Inspector Courtney Nilan, as Woodhaven Woman of the Year; Community Board 9 Chairman and President, Board of Directors, of the Queens Symphony Orchestra Kenichi “Kenny” Wilson is the 2019 Woodhaven Man of the Year (second from r.); and Business Man of the Year is Jack Moy (far r.), owner of M&M Hardware at 94-04 Jamaica Ave.
