We didn’t know until Thursday that “snake charmer” was among the many talents retained by 102nd Precinct Police Officer Samantha Edelstein.
The Neighborhood Coordination cop was able to corral what appeared to be a bull snake that had become trapped underneath the hood of this gentleman’s vehicle in Richmond Hill. According to the NYPD, Edelstein rescued the reptile and delivered it to a nearby pet shop safe and sound.
